Providing thoughtful, evidence-based therapy to individuals and families.

What is a simplicated space?

Therapy is both simple and complicated at the same time. It’s a simplicated space, let’s sit in it together.

It’s simple:

  • At its core, therapy is this: two people slowing down together and paying attention to what actually matters.

  • Therapy is simple, but it isn’t always easy.

  • You don’t have to carry things alone—someone stays with you while you look at what you usually rush past or avoid.

  • You get to say your truth out loud.

It’s complicated:

  • You’re meeting a stranger and learning how to be real with them.

  • Talking doesn’t always lead to immediate relief or clarity.

  • If this feels hard, that makes sense.

  • Therapy isn’t complicated because you’re broken—it’s complicated because you’re human, and change asks for honesty, patience, and trust over time.
