What is a simplicated space?
Therapy is both simple and complicated at the same time. It’s a simplicated space, let’s sit in it together.
It’s simple:
At its core, therapy is this: two people slowing down together and paying attention to what actually matters.
Therapy is simple, but it isn’t always easy.
You don’t have to carry things alone—someone stays with you while you look at what you usually rush past or avoid.
You get to say your truth out loud.
It’s complicated:
You’re meeting a stranger and learning how to be real with them.
Talking doesn’t always lead to immediate relief or clarity.
If this feels hard, that makes sense.
Therapy isn’t complicated because you’re broken—it’s complicated because you’re human, and change asks for honesty, patience, and trust over time.
